Note that the text scrolls rather slowly over the birthday cake image, despite the attributes for the scroll being set at a high speed. This allows people time to read the message.

Because the Vertical Scroll script effect's "Pause on mouseover" option was selected, it will be easier for people to click on the "Click for Birthday Song" text.
